The film must reflect the concept of the festival: "On a wave of emotions!" \\ Films MUST NOT be freely available on the Internet \\ Films must be fully completed at the time of submission \\ NO PREMIERE REQUIREMENTS \\ Films must have ENGLISH SUBTITLES \\ The festival will help to make Russian subtitles for foreign films selected for the competition program \\ By submitting the film, the participant confirms that he/she is the legal owner of the application materials and does NOT VIOLATE copyright, literary, musical, artistic, intellectual property or personal rights. \\ By submitting the application, the participant agrees to the use of materials (up to 10 seconds video, stills, posters, trailers) for advertising purposes of the festival - both in print and on the Internet. \\ To submit an application, the processing fee should be payed. Discount deadline - 500 rubles (until 02/01/2022), earlybird deadline - 700 rubles, (until 04/01/2022), regular deadline - 1000 rubles (until 06/01/2022), late deadline - 1500 rubles (until 07/10/2022), extended deadline (until 08/10/2022). Student's fee for all deadlines is 400 rubles \\ The fees are non-refundable \\ Screenings of films in the exhibition halls of the gallery are made on a non-commercial basis - exclusively for cultural and educational purposes that does not require a screening certificate in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation \\ FILMS CAN BE SUBMITTED UNTIL 08/10/2022 inclusive.
